Sermorelin is a synthetic peptide made up of 29 amino acids, designed to mimic the structure and function of growth hormone–releasing hormone (GHRH). By acting as an analog of GHRH, sermorelin stimulates the pituitary gland to naturally increase the production and release of human growth hormone (HGH), helping restore hormone levels without the use of synthetic HGH itself.
