Your initial consultation happens via Zoom video call with a licensed provider. After that, most communication happens through secure messaging, though you can always request a follow-up video visit if you would prefer to talk with your provider directly.
You'll be matched with a provider licensed in your state, and you'll stay with that same provider for all of your care.
Contour Health does not charge for consultations with our medical providers.
No. There's never a membership fee, a consult fee, or a shipping charge on any program - you pay for your medication and nothing else. Weight loss, longevity, and performance are billed per order, when you and your provider decide to reorder. Hair loss ships on a quarterly auto-refill instead, so that medication charge recurs every 3 months until you cancel.
Yes, as often as you need or want. Providers typically respond within about 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Providers take weekends off to spend time with their families, but if you need something urgently, you can always contact the clinic directly. For emergencies, go to your nearest Emergency Department or call 911.
We're licensed to treat patients in 46 states. We're not currently licensed in Michigan, Mississippi, Kentucky, or Arkansas.
