Before your consult
What to know going in
You'll meet with a licensed provider via Zoom video call for your initial consultation. They'll review your health history, discuss your goals, and determine whether a prescription is appropriate for you. For a closer look at how treatment begins, read our guide to your first 30 days on the program.
You'll need a smartphone, tablet, or computer with internet access and a camera and microphone, along with the Zoom app (free to download) for your video visits.
No lab work is required before starting treatment.
Contour Health does not charge for consultations with our medical providers.
We're licensed to treat patients in 46 states. We're not currently licensed in Michigan, Mississippi, Kentucky, or Arkansas.
Our program is available to patients 15 and older. For patients under 18, treatment is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and requires parental consent and oversight throughout care. A parent is typically present for the consult and is often the one who requests it in the first place. Our pharmacy partner also requires parental consent before filling any medication for a minor.
