The best part? You decide when you’re ready to reorder. No subscription. No automatic refill. No surprises.
*Depends on dose. Medication sold in 2 month vials.
No set-it-and-forget-it. Your plan moves with your body, and a provider is on it the whole way.
Week 0
A provider reviews your history, your goals, and whether GLP-1 therapy is right for you. Nothing is prescribed by an algorithm.
Weeks 1-4
You begin at a conservative dose so your body can adjust and side effects stay manageable.
Ongoing
Your dose moves up in small, precise increments, and only when your body needs it.
Every few weeks
Regular check-ins keep your loss steady and your side effects in check. Questions go straight to your provider.
When you plateau
Plateaus happen. That is your body doing what biology does. When the scale stalls, your provider gets more involved, not less.
Small increments, and only when your body asks for one.
Faster isn’t better. Steady, sustainable loss is the goal, and your provider keeps you in that range.
Nausea and fatigue can show up as you start. Custom dosing exists precisely to limit them.
When loss stalls, it’s a signal, not a verdict. We read it and adjust the plan together.
You’ll do real check-ins and pay attention to your body. It works because someone is watching.

Every decision prioritizes your health, not someone else’s margins.
Real patients, in their own words.
“I have been so happy with everything! Lost 45 pounds, my inflammation is back under control and I feel great!”
Individual results vary. Testimonials reflect real Contour Health patients.
Medical weight loss is a physician-supervised program that combines prescription medication with regular monitoring and clinical guidance. A licensed provider evaluates your health, prescribes medication when appropriate, and stays involved throughout your treatment to check on your progress and safety.
There's no required BMI to get started. Every patient is assessed individually by a licensed provider to determine medical necessity and whether GLP-1 treatment is appropriate for their health and goals.
You'll meet with a licensed provider via Zoom video call for your initial consultation. They'll review your health history, discuss your goals, and determine whether a prescription is appropriate for you. For a closer look at how treatment begins, read our guide to your first 30 days on the program.
For weight loss, we don't charge a membership fee, monthly subscription, or auto-refill fee. The only cost is the medication itself - you and your provider determine the appropriate dose and vial size for your care plan, and you're billed only for the medication you're currently using.
Common side effects (nausea, constipation, fatigue) can occur, especially early in treatment. Message your care team if side effects are bothersome or don't improve - you'll typically hear back within 24 hours on weekdays. For severe reactions, seek emergency care immediately.
Our resource library has practical guides on managing nausea and GI upset, preventing constipation, and fatigue and energy tips.
We're licensed to treat patients in 46 states. We're not currently licensed in Michigan, Mississippi, Kentucky, or Arkansas.
It takes about a minute, the consult is free, and a licensed provider reviews everything before anything is prescribed.
